How can I clean my Adamis shoes?

To maintain suppleness and a clear complexion of the leather, use a wax based polish, mink oil or bees wax.

Calfskin, Waxy Leather, Natural Grain or Spazzalato: Wipe shoes clean with a dry cloth. Apply shoe cream to leather using circular strokes.

Nubuc or Suede: Brush gently with a soft suede brush to remove stains or marks. For stubborn stains use a suede eraser first, then brush gently with a suede brush.

High Polish Calf: Wipe shoes clean with a soft, dry cloth or damp cloth if shoes are soiled. Use small amounts of Meltonian Wax, if necessary. Polishing will gradually reveal more of the base color.

Burnished pull-up Calf: Wipe shoes clean with a dry cloth or with a slightly damp cloth if shoes are soiled.

Reporting Counterfeits

To report counterfeiters, please call the counterfeit hotline at +912222021267 (or +912222026097) or e-mail the information requested below to Counterfeits@adamis.in.

If you wish, you may remain anonymous. Please find below a list of the information that will assist Adamis in taking action:

- Where is the location that the counterfeits are being sold? 

- What kind of location is it (i.e. retail, street vendor, flea market, internet, factory, etc.)?

- If you are reporting an internet auction seller, please provide the seller name and/or item number of the item at issue. 

- What quantities and styles are being sold? 

- Are counterfeits of any other companies present? If so, which companies? 

- Do the items bear any Adamis trademarks, or are they confusingly similar to our designs and/or trademarks?

Your assistance is greatly appreciated and sends a strong message to counterfeiters that their illegal activity will not be tolerated.



Can I purchase a product that has been discontinued?

It is not possible to purchase products that have been discontinued.



Are gift vouchers available for purchase?

Yes, we currently offer gift vouchers available for purchase in physical form as well as virtual form (via email) in any denomination you choose subject to a minimum of Rs. 500.


Are gift cards available for purchase?

Gift Cards are available for purchase on Adamis.in or in-store.

Each Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise in-store or online. Gift Cards can be used for as many purchases as you'd like until the balance reaches zero.

Gift Cards are not returnable, and cannot be used to pay a bill or to purchase another Gift Card.

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law. You can use only one gift card per order. Additionally, if you would like us to replace the remaining value on a lost, stolen or damaged card, call us at +919833449272 and have the original purchase receipt handy.

If your Gift Card balance doesn't cover the total cost of your order, we'll charge the remaining amount to your credit card.  Gift Cards are charged at the time your order ships. If the cost of the entire order is lower than the balance on your Gift Card, your credit card will not be charged.  Your credit card will only be charged if the final price of your order is greater than the balance on your Gift Card.


Delivery

Gift Cards usually ship within 24 hours, using standard delivery; they should arrive within 4-6 business days.

Rush delivery is also available for a nominal fee, with cards arriving in 2-3 business days

Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

The risk of loss and title to such items pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.

Gift Cards, including unused portions, expire two years from the date of issuance.


Can products be personalized or embossed?

Adamis offer blank, gold foil and silver foil embossing for all products. We also offer personalization for Men’s and Ladies wallets and file cases. Please click here for more details.

 



Does Adamis offer a repair service for consumers residing in India?

Adamis products are made to ensure satisfaction and service for the natural life of the product. If, during its lifetime, your item should require repair, we offer a repair service for many of our products.
Courier shipping charges will be borne by the customer, unless the products are being shipped to/from Mumbai,in which case no shipping charges apply to/from the customer’s address.


Does Adamis offer a repair service for consumers residing outside India?

Yes, however courier shipping charges to/from Adamis will be borne by the customer.


Is there a charge to have an Adamis item repaired?

In most cases Adamis performs repairs free of charge. In the rare case where major repairs are needed a charge will apply. Before proceeding with such a repair, an Adamis representative will contact you to inform you of the nature of the repair and the specific charge that will apply. Repairs will only proceed after your consent in such cases.


What are the time estimates to process an exchange or repair?

Please allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges. Our repair process takes four to six weeks from the time we receive your product before it is shipped back to you.


Can I buy a new / replacement shoulder strap for my bag?

Can I send my bag to Adamis for cleaning?

Adamis offers complimentary cleaning for all bags. Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable means, such as UPS insured or insured mail. Please mail your item to:
