Ordering 1. Can I place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are not able to take orders over the phone at this time. However, should you need any assistance ordering our products online at www.adamis.in, please feel free to reach us at +919833449272.

2. How do I cancel an online order?

If you need to cancel your order please login into your a/c, identify the order you wish to cancel, follow the link to order cancellation and submit your order number which you can retrieve from the order confirmation email sent to you. Alternatively, you may email us at orders@adamis.in with a cancellation request which must state your order number and must be from the same email ID used to place the order. However, please click here to review our cancellation policy and the related terms and conditions before you choose to cancel your order.

3. How will I know Adamis has received my online order?

Once you place an order with Adamis.in, we will provide you with a confirmation number and summary of your order. In addition, we will send you an order confirmation email. If you do not receive your confirmation information within 24 hours, feel free to email us at orders@adamis.in or call Adamis Customer Service at +919833449272, to confirm that Adamis has received your order.

4. What if I have a question about my online order?

5. Can I order or ship Adamis products worldwide?

Yes. You can use our estimate shipping feature to estimate the shipping costs to the country of your choice before placing your order.

6. What forms of Payment are accepted?

Adamis.in is currently accepting orders using all methods accepted by our payment gateway CCAvenue and the Adamis gift card. Click here for a list of payment methods accepted. Orders by check or merchandise credit may be mailed in. If paid by check, please be sure to allow time for check clearance.

7. Will my order total be in Indian Rupees or some other currency?

Yes, the order total will be in Indian Rupees; however prices for all products can be converted to US Dollars or Euros on www.adamis.in.

8. Will I be charged a conversion fee from my bank or Credit Card Company?

Conversion fees differ depending upon your bank and Credit Card Company. Please contact your bank directly with questions regarding conversion fees.

Product Availability 1. Are the same items available online also available in the stores?

Yes, Adamis strives to maintain consistency in the products that are available online and in-store.

2. What if I want more of an item than what is available?

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

5. Ordering out of Stock Items

Products that are currently not in stock are indicated as such prominently before you choose to add them to your shopping cart. While you may proceed to place an order for such products, we will be able to ship them only when they become available, usually 7-14 days after your order has been placed. Alternatively, you may add the product to your wishlist or choose to receive a notification when the product is back in stock

Store Pick up Information 1. Can I pick up my online / phone / fax / email order in a store?

At this time Adamis does not offer in store pick up of such orders.

1. Changing Your Shipping Address
If you are a registered user, you may change the shipping or billing address online as long as your order is not shipped or "shipping soon,".
1. Click the "My Account" link in the top right corner of any page.
2. On the following page, click "Go" next to "Open and recently shipped orders."
3. Sign in with your e-mail address and password.
4. Click "View or change order" next to the order you wish to modify.
5. Click "Change" next to the address you want to change.  
6. To use an address that's already in your account, scroll down through the list and click "Ship to This Address" beneath the correct address. To use a new address, click on "Add Address" and enter the new information. If this is an address to which you have not previously shipped orders, we will ask you to re-enter your credit card number for security purposes.  
7. When you are done, click "Confirm" to make your change take effect.
1. Why Was My Package Undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:
  • Incorrect or Out-of-date Address 
  • Other Address Problems: Some organizations have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary. 
  • Illegible Label: In rare cases, it is also possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. All deliveries would require someone to be present at the address to accept delivery of the parcel with signature irrespective of the value of the order. After the attempts at delivery the package will be returned to us and payment for the product will be credited back to you after deducting shipping charges.
  • Refused by Recipient:  If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send these items, you may want to re-order and let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
Other Shipping Questions 1. Why Don't I See Faster Shipping Options?

Some items can’t be expedited due to a product’s size, weight, or other constraints. Some items in your cart may be able to be expedited if ordered separately.

2. Is a signature required upon delivery?

All deliveries would require someone to be present at the delivery address to accept delivery of the parcel after providing a signature irrespective of the value of the order.

3. Are any items excluded from Shipping?

No. all items available online or in store can be shipped.
